Hi and welcome to the new WebBriefcase public forums. I've decided to start this forum to make it easier for you to ask us a quick question without having to open a new support ticket. Many questions that were sent to us via email were getting lost in the spam boxes.

Recently, we have decided to switch our helpdesk to a more robust solution. Our old helpdesk was getting ... well ... old. Tickets were going missing. Attachments were not being attached. To all our existing visitors and customers, we'd like to take this opportunity to apologize for problems that rose from the miscommunications we had with the old system. We hope that this new system will rid of all the old problems. 

We would love to hear your feedback on this new system.
